How do I know that my order has been received by Sholox?
Your order confirmation comes to you through email. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address at the checkout so we can update you.
I did not receive order confirmation by email, now what?
After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
If you have not received this email. Please check your advertising / spam box. It sometimes happens that our mail ends up there.
What is the delivery of the ordered items?
The delivery time to all countries within the EU is around 5 to 8 workdays.
For all other countries outside the EU this can be approx. 10 workdays.
When will my order shipped?
Your order will be shipped after receiving your payment within 2 to 3 days.
Which postal carrier do you use?
All orders are sent by PostNL service in a discreet package.
Outside The Netherlands all packages will be transferred to and delivered by your National Postal Service, you can follow the package by the Track&Trace link we provide.
We advise you to give up a correct telephone number at the checkout, this will be visible on the shipping label under the delivery address on the package.
If the mail carrier cant find your address they have the option then, to contact you.

Can I use another delivery address then my billing address?
Yes, that’s possible. You can specify this during the ordering process at the checkout.
Can I track my order?
At the time your order is being shipped, you will receive a Track&Trace link with which you can track the shipment on the PostNL website.
After placing an order you will receive a Track&Trace within 2 to 3 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been dispatched, cancellation of your order is possible.
You can cancel your order by sending us an email.
When your order has been shipped, cancelling is no longer possible.
However, it is always possible to return your order to us, but the return costs are for own account.
I have returned items, when do I get my money back?
All refunds are done within 10 business days after we have received the package.
I see a lower price at the checkout?
When you want to place an order outside the European Union, we do not charge tax. Therefore all prices on all goods in the shopping cart will be deducted by 21% tax.
Tax rates may apply by your country when importing goods (only for countries outside the European Union).
