Sholox.com wishes of course that you are satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, u can return the items within 14 days after receiveiving your package. If an item does not fit also, then you can always exchange the item and / or get your money refunded.
Articles are required to be returned with the attached labels and packaging.
The return costs
If you want to exchange an item for another item, or want the same article in a different color or size, there are no extra shipping fees for delivery from us to you. However the items that are sent back, the customer pays for the return shipping costs.
We will take these costs on if: – You have received a damaged item or – It is an article incorrectly supplied by us

We will refund your purchase of the (partially) returned items within 7 workdays after receiving the package

Returns condition:
If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns.
You can send back the items in unworn/unused condition, in their original state with labels and (if so) package, within 30 days after you have received your order.
